Vanilla Whipped Cream (Frosting)

Coconut milk and vanilla are the only 2 ingredients in this vanilla whipped cream. It is easy to make, versatile and delicious. 


Sweeten with a little organic maple syrup to please any palate!

Use it as whipped cream to compliment pie or fresh fruit.


As frosting make it any flavor you like by adding organic flavor extract  or powdered peanut butter!


Vegan, Paleo, ExistUp Reboot friendly. 


1 can full fat coconut milk - refrigerated at least 2 days.
1 tbsp vanilla

2 tbsp organic maple syrup - optional


Carefully scoop out as much heavy cream from coconut milk and save thin, clear liquid for your smoothies.


Using a hand whisker whip coconut cream on high speed for 1 minute.  Add vanilla (and optional alternative flavors). Whip for an additional minute.  


Be sure cake is completely cooled before frosting. Frosting will set more once refrigerated.

Alternatives: -

You can make this whipped cream frosting any flavor.  Make your Gluten Free Chocolate Torte into a peanut butter cup or a peppermint patty!

Add 2 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter and 2 Tbsp maple syrup.

Add 1/2 Tsp Organic Almond Extract

Add 1/2 Tsp Organic Peppermint Extract
