Simple ingredients with big flavor.  These naan are the perfect compliment with soups, stews and Indian dishes.  I also use these Naan as the wrap for my Red Lentil Samosas!

Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo and ExistUp Reboot Friendly.

These reheat well and are delicious with leftovers or as a flatbread alternative!!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups gluten free almond flour blend

1 can  organic coconut milk

1/3 cup water

1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp organic dried onion flakes

coconut oil for cooking

Directions:

Whisk dry ingredients to incorporate.  Add water and coconut milk and whisk or use mixer until smooth.

Preheat frying pan or griddle to medium high, or 350. Grease with coconut oil.  Pour batter and spread gently into approximately 3 inch diameter circles.

Flip when batter appears dry on the top, bottom should be golden, approximately 4 minutes.  Cook the other side until golden.  Keep naan warm in a 200 oven while cooking the rest of the batch.

This samosa filling is great served hot or cold as hummus with blue corn chips or veggies!

Serve warm with your favorite soup, stew or Indian dish or use for Red Lentil Samosas.

We have done the research to find the least expensive, yet best quality, delicious food products and linked them for you on Amazon.  Some of the products that we use frequently are less expensive in bulk, so I have linked them that way.  I buy local and fresh ingredients when I can.

TIP: Make your life easy!  Choose a recipe, make a list of all the fresh ingredients to pick up at your local grocery store.  For all other ingredients, save yourself the expense and hassle of finding them, order from Amazon and have them delivered to your door.
