Salmon loaf is delicious, simple to make and is loaded with healthy Omega 3 fats.

Wild caught salmon and organic potatoes come together to satisfy your hunger and your palate. Canned wild caught salmon is inexpensive and contains tiny bones and skin, greatly increasing the nutrient profile of this meal.

Mash all ingredients together to combine well. Fill 2 loaf pans and bake 350°F for 40 minutes or until top is golden. Serve with sautéed peas and pearl onions and your favorite sautéed green.

We have done the research on the least expensive, yet best quality, delicious food products and linked them for you on Amazon. Some of the products that we use frequently are less expensive in bulk, so I have linked them that way. I buy local and fresh ingredients when I can.

TIP: Make your life easy! Choose a recipe, make a list of all the fresh ingredients to pick up at your local grocery store. For all other ingredients, save yourself the expense and hassle of finding them, order from Amazon and have them delivered to your door.
