ExistUp Protein Pancakes
These protein pancakes are so good you will want to triple the batch and eat them all week! They are yummy hot or cold, take minutes to make and are loaded with nutrients!
As breakfast, a post workout meal, or as a healthy snack, ExistUp Protein Pancakes are a win!
Gluten free, Paleo and ExistUp Reboot Friendly.
1 cup oats
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 scoops protein powder (we like vanilla bone broth protein)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup of fresh berries or frozen mixed berries
Warmed coconut mana (optional)
Mix all batter ingredients in food processor. We use our Nutri Ninja blender/processor. Set batter aside.
Preheat frying pan medium high heat and coat with a thin layer of coconut oil.
Pour batter to form small to medium sized pancakes. Cook approximately 4 minutes on first side, flipping gently when golden. Repeat other side.
Serve with fresh berries, and coconut mana. Or with your favorite clean toppings.
