Access Bars® ~As defined by Access Consciousness
Access Bars® is a foundational tool of Access Consciousness. It is a relaxing one hour energy work session in which a trained practitioner lightly touches 32 points on your head which dissipates the electromagnetic charge that gets locked in our brains by the thoughts, feelings and emotions that we have stored over lifetimes. Imagine if someone could press a button and mute that voice in your head that tells you that you’re not good enough or that you can’t accomplish what you dream about. That “voice” comes from those electromagnetic charges that keep us from believing we can have the life we've always known is possible.

Receiving an Access Bars® 1 hour session, for me is like quieting my brain, as if not quite asleep. I am aware that the hour passed, although sometimes on warp or slow speeds, but I am not aware of any of the other thoughts that would normally bounce around my brain. I find space in “no thought”, and find that that space exists after my Bars® session for an hour, a day or a week. I enjoy the relaxation for that hour and if nothing else, this one hour session is as relaxing as a nap on purpose :-)
Gifting Running your Bars®, is a gift to you and for me. During Your 1 hour Bars session I will gently hold 32 points on your head that correspond to different areas of your energetic memory.
